Pizza night is an exciting family time for us and it is important to me that we would all be able to eat similar food on that day. It somewhat tricks and substitutes to eat low carb when you are on the Keto/Low-carb diet. I love my eggs and cheese to such an extent!!! Doesn’t Coconut crust pizza sweet??

I’ve been thinking about coconut flour pizza crust for some time. But I believed it wouldn’t work since coconut flour is sweet. I decided to check it out. Now I am happy that I did and its outcome is very delicious!

The best part is The seasonings cover the sweetness of the coconut. So the outcome is an enjoyably appetizing covering that goes superbly with the garnishes. And keeping in mind that it’s more calorie-thick than cauliflower pizza crust. This is the best without gluten and keto pizza crust I’ve tried ever. It’s not sweet at all, slightly soft, and crispy.

Low Carb Meals

You can follow simple 7-Days Keto Diet Plan. Working with low carb flour is unique, it isn’t worrying at all it simply required modification. I tried Cauliflower cheddar base pizza, Egg cheddar base Pizza… Basically I used tomato sauce, Capsicum and mozzarella in addition to for topping. Sometimes I sprinkle some dried oregano and chili flacks on top. Obviously included any barbecued meat or chicken will be the bomb, and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour,

  • 1 cup mozzarella

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2TbSp Cream Cheese

  • 1Tsp Baking powder

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl add the coconut flour, salt, olive oil and lukewarm water with all ingredients. Keep aside for 10mins.
  • Take a non-stick pan and add butter 1tbs poon. Pour the batter in low flame. Cook 2-3mins and flip the crust.
  • Put toppings and cheese as u like. Cover with lid another 1-2mins or until cheese melted.
