Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast – 500 g

  • Salt – 1/2 ts

  • Soy sauce – 1/2 tbs

  • Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbs

  • Chilli Powder – 1 ts

  • Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 ts

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 Tbsp

  • Egg – 1

  • Lemon juice – 2tbs

  • Cornflour – 1Tbsp

  • Oil for frying, (omit if baking)

Directions

  • Cut the chicken breast into 1 inch strips.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the egg, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt and pepper.
  • Dip chicken strips into egg mixture and let sit for 5 minutes
  • Cover and permit to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 60 minutes (if time allows).*
  • In another bowl, consolidate the breadcrumbs, cornflour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
  • Dredge the egg covered chicken in the breadcrumb, delicately squeezing to equally coat.
