This is A Healthy Eggy Muffins without sugar, oil. These are very easy, quick and healthy breakfast — extraordinary for morning meals. Mix or whisk eggs with tomato, spinach, sausage slice, cheese, a pinch of salt+blackpaper and after that empty the blend into the mold. Bake or steam for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Cabbage & Potato Egg Poach

In a medium bowl, mix or whisk 2 eggs with shredded cabbage, peeled and grated potato, a pinch of salt + black paper. Then heat a non-stick pan spray olive oil, drop a heaping tablespoon of the mixture into the pan. Press to flatten and cook for 3-5mins on each side until golden brown crispy. Then Put the egg yolk top of the mixture, cover and cook another few mins. Ready to serve and eat. Best for breakfast.

Using a small bread knife, make a round deep bowl in the center surface of the buns. Fill with capsicum, tomato, some grated cheese. Then crack an egg top with a sprinkle of salt. Bake until the egg cooked. Finished, very easy and quick breakfast is ready.
