Ingredients
1. Milk Powder 1 1/2 Cup.
2. Condensed milk 1 Cup.
3. Butter/oil 2 Table Spoon.
4. Finely Chopped nuts 1tbsp (as your choice)
5. Cardamom ½ tsp
Directions
- Heat the non-stick pan and add the ghee, when it melts include the condensed milk. Blend well in low fire.
- Then include the milk powder, nuts, and cardamom and continue blending to avoid any lumps.
- It will be thick, blend and scarp continuously. When it doesn’t stick to the skillet turn off the fire and keep the batter on the plate.
- Pour onto a greased plate and cool. Cut into desired shapes and garnish with chopped nuts.
Notes
- Shape it before the batter/dough is not too hot and not too cool.
