Basically, I’m a dessert lover. So I am always observant for an incredible new dessert. When I found pudding cakes, I just couldn’t control myself to try an experiment. A pudding cake isn’t only one yummy treat; it’s two heavenly desserts in one yet without the difficulty of making two parts. This Pudding Cake is really delicious, mouthwatering dish.

Not terrible, but not great either SO natural and just a few ingredients you need. This is a dense cake on account of the pudding, yet a significant flawless treat!
Pudding Cake – SKdine

Ingredients
- For Caramel Layer
½ cup sugar

For Pudding Layer 4 eggs
Sugar 5 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp

Chocolate Cake Layer 2 eggs
Suagr ½ cup
flour ½ cup
Coco Powder 2 tbsp
baking Powder 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
water
Directions
- At First, in a baking mold, put ½ cup sugar on low-med heat flame for caramel. Keep a side for set.
- Then take a large mixing bowl and combine all ingredients for pudding layer. Whisk until smooth.
- On the other side, combine all ingredients of chocolate cake layer in a mixing bowl and whisk it for a smooth batter.
- Strain the pudding mixture and pour in the mold top of the caramel layer. Steam it on a medium flame for 5-10min. cover it.
- After that pour the chocolate cake batter top of the pudding layer. Again steam it for 10-15min or until it cooked.
Notes
- Steam the pudding once the water in the steamer is already boiling
- Shield the mold using plastic wrap or separate top so that water forming from steaming did not drop into the mixture
You can top with cool whipped cream and sprinkles, or chocolate garnish or as plain refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. It will be moist and dense…Perfect!!
